Ivan has over 15 years of experience spanning public accounting, audit, corporate finance, and executive leadership roles across Canada and China. Throughout his career, he has led complex audit and review engagements, managed high-performing teams, and advised organizations on financial reporting, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining our firm, Ivan worked with BDO Canada, where he managed audit and review engagements for clients in the construction, real estate, and non-profit sectors. He also brings significant industry experience, having served as a Chief Financial Officer and senior finance leader, supporting major acquisitions, IPO projects, corporate restructuring initiatives, and financial due diligence engagements.

Ivan holds both the Canadian CPA and China CPA designations and brings a wealth of technical expertise, leadership experience, and client service excellence to our team.
